By the way, the postures and exercises are great for inflexible muscle bound men and ladies even when they aren’t pregnant! So if your partner or your Mum, or even a friend, would like to join you, they would be very welcome. Same package prices refer.

All prenatal classes are basically the same and the postures are simple and easy to learn, yet work well to strengthen the legs, back and abdominal area. Classes at Mother & Child are usually quite full, while those at Costa Rhu and Holland Village are small and I can guarantee you personal attention. Good to start at Costa Rhu and move to M&C once you know the routine. My girls often do both as the more prenatal yoga you can manage, the more flexible you become and the more you enjoy your pregnancy. Also, it should make your labour easier and more efficient.

MY SCHEDULE

NEW VENUE!! HOLLAND VILLAGE - Prenatal Yoga - Fridays 11.30am-12.30pm and Saturdays 11.30am-12.30pm
Fourtrimesters Venue: 33 Taman Warna, Holland Village
Trial/Single Class $25 : 4 class package $80 : 8 class package $150 http://www.streetdirectory.com/asia_travel/travel/travel_id_1/travel_site_31067/

IMPROTANT : Many yoga classes are full and this requires close proximity to other students. Please be considerate and wear very light or no perfume. Your neighbour may be sensitive to fragrances and odours. A simple shower before class is enough. Many thanks for understanding.
